These terms govern your use of Robtn, operated by iTYZER LTD. By using Robtn you agree to them. If you use Robtn for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Robtn is a conversational consultant for industrial automation. It advises on feasibility, approach, standards, safety, and ROI, then recommends verified suppliers and independent experts ranked purely by fit. It is an aid to your decisions, not a substitute for professional engineering judgement.

Robtn’s advice is generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify it against your own requirements, qualified professionals, and applicable standards before acting, especially for anything affecting safety.

Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Experts undergo verification before being shown to buyers.

Do not misuse Robtn: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security or scrape the platform, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Suppliers and experts pay for access to qualified demand, never for ranking or placement. Ranking is relevance only.

Robtn is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, iTYZER LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
