Account data: your name, email, and the details you add to your profile (such as company, country, and, for experts, fields of expertise).

Consultation content: the questions you ask and the projects you create, which we use to give you advice and to improve the service.

Verification data (experts only): identity and credential documents you submit for verification, stored in restricted, access-controlled storage.

Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

Usage and analytics data: only if you consent to analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

To provide the service: to run your consultations, match you with suppliers and experts ranked purely by fit, and manage your account and billing.

To keep the platform safe and working: security, fraud prevention, and verification.

To improve Robtn: understanding what works, with your consent where analytics are involved.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not hand a buyer’s details to suppliers. Connections happen only when you choose to make them. Suppliers and experts pay for access to qualified demand, never for your personal data and never for ranking.

We use trusted processors to run the service, including our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these by contacting us. Where we rely on consent (such as analytics), you can withdraw it at any time.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
